Rolls of toilet paper create the cake layers with a toilet brush in the middle topping it off. It can be basic with just toilet paper, toilet brush, and matches, or it may be more complex with multiple layers of toilet paper with bathroom reading material, bathroom spray, scented candles, washcloths, hand towels, bath wash, shampoo, lotion, tissue, or other small bathroom items. The toilet paper cakes shown below are $20 and $35, respectively. The new minimum price is $45, so there will be an extra layer of toilet paper or additional accessories than what is shown below.
